Kelly Huff

Kelly began her career in Real Estate twelve years ago.  After learning the ropes as a team member, she stepped out on her own three years ago and formed her own team, Huff Homes.  As her business grew, Kelly was proud to welcome her husband, Eric, to her team.  Kelly's engaging personality and customer focus help her pinpoint her clients' needs.  In Kelly's words, "There is no transaction too big or too small to keep me from helping you.  I am dedicated to serving all Hoosiers in their housing needs. Eric Huff

Eric comes to us with over 20 years in the log home industry.  Eric has a knack for fixing things and finding solutions to adverse situations is his specialty.  His vast experience in home maintenance and repair allows him to help his clients prepare their homes for sale, soar through the inspection process, and understand what to expect from their investment.  In addition to helping Hoosiers buy, sell and lease homes, he also is the Operations Manager for the Huff Homes Property Management division.  

Byron Wheeler

Byron has years of experience in the world of commercial construction, equipping him to be uniquely helpful to clients who are interested in new construction as well as investors looking for rehab projects.  Byron has recently relocated back to the Indianapolis area after living for a few years in Las Vegas. He is eager to get his business established and would love to help you with your real estate transaction.

Rob Everetts

Rob possesses a deep passion for architecture, design and inclusive urban development, and has been a licensed agent since 2006. His personal home was once described as a “cozy curated museum.” He has also worked on the customer-facing side of the software industry for over 20 years, listening to needs and translating those into a future vision. Rob recently relocated to Tennessee where he will continue to work with Huff Homes as a referral agent.

Michelle Warble

Michelle has a background in marketing and design.  Her keen eye for color and detail enables her to help her listings stand out in the crowd. Michelle will always go the extra mile to make sure our clients reach their goals.  Michelle and her husband are avid dog-lovers and their newest pup, Vespa, is the Huff Homes team mascot.

Matthew McElfresh

Matt is a central Indiana native with intimate knowledge of Indianapolis and surrounding areas. With over 15 years experience serving in the full gamut of business change roles in the Healthcare industry, Matt leverages those same methodologies to ensure a seamless transaction for his clients. This approach, along with his passions for history, preservation, architecture, and assisting seniors makes him a great match for a wide range of clients.

Melanie Bennett

Melanie supports the Huff Homes team as a transaction coordinator and administrative assistant.  Melanie’s background is in Marketing and she brings with her a distinctive focus on providing our clients with exemplary customer service.  Melanie’s attention to detail ensures that every aspect of your transaction proceeds precisely as it should.  

Sydney Moser

Born in Chicago, she has called Indianapolis her home for the majority of her life. Sydney's wanderlust fuels her love for travel and hiking, allowing her to appreciate different landscapes, architecture & art. With over 20 years of experience in the service industry, Sydney has honed her skills in providing exceptional customer service. Her attention to detail and high level of attentiveness ensure that every aspect of the home buying or selling process is meticulously handled.
